Weekend works in October
Weekend out of hours works on Saturday 24th October and Sunday 25th October
SRM need to undertake some minor excavation work next weekend on Saturday (24th) from 8am to 6pm and Sunday (25th) from 9am to 6pm. This is for a cable diversion and has to be done on a weekend as power needs to be cut to a hospital building and to also avoid disruption to the canteen, staff and patients in the area.
Works are located offsite behind the NHS canteen which is located in the middle of the hospital grounds. The location is well shielded by other buildings and will only make use of a mini excavator. We don’t anticipate any impact on audible noise at the site boundaries.

Springfield Hospital and Infrastructure Works on Saturday 24th October during consented working hours (8am to 1pm) will include:
Continuing construction of the Springfield Hospital Buildings and Energy Centre (located in between the Forensic and Non-Forensic buildings). No construction work will be undertaken in Plots B to E located adjacent to the northern boundary of site by SRM.
Muck shifting and drainage installation in the Springfield Park Area B and C (old golf course).
