What is the Estate Modernisation Programme?
The development of new mental healthcare facilities at Springfield has been funded by a multi-million pound investment generated by the Trust’s Estates Modernisation Programme.
Surplus land within the Trust’s Estate which was no longer required for healthcare facilities was vacated and sold, with the proceeds from these sales reinvested to deliver improved mental health services.
