Hospital Buildings (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Completion of concrete frame construction to Forensic Hospital Building
Ongoing façade installation to Forensic and Non-Forensic buildings
Fitout and masonry works are ongoing to Forensic and Non-Forensic buildings
Commencement of mechanical plant installation to roof of Non-Forensic building
Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Park works will restart with earthwork movement and drainage.
Ongoing works to Road 1 located east of Storey Building. Road 1 upper will be opened early April and Road 1 lower will become closed for public use. Works scheduled for 6 months and traffic management setup to divert traffic to the east of Elizabeth Newton.
Ongoing works to Road 2 - Storey carpark access road. Access to carpark will be closed. Road construction commenced outside the nursery and gym buildings, but uninterrupted access will be maintained for both parties. The capping to south of Storey will commence this month.
Works to road 3 - adjacent to the new Care Home (Plot H) will be completed this month.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)
L&M:
Marketing suite launch 2nd April
New road to marketing suite and all landscaping to be completed next week
Piling works to be completed 1st April and the rig removed from site
Ground beam works commence
Silo delivery mid April
Superstructure works commence towards the end of April/Early May
rear boundary will need to be extended into footpath. Solution for this to presented to all for review within the next 2 weeks
B – E
Piling works currently complete in B1&B2
Pile mat to be complete by 7th April
Additional pile rig to be delivered to site next week and will commence on parcel D1
All pile works expected to be complete end of April
Ground works to commence in parcel B1 from next week following test results of piles
Barratt main compound works will commence following the pile completion. We aim to have our compound set up early May
Superstructure works to commence B1& B2 late April
Conversion of listed main building to residential - Plot S (delivered by City & Country)
Sales Areas are now being decorated.
Structural alterations are nearing completion in Jasmine Tower, Lupin and Rose Towers.
Externally the stone, brick and roof repairs continue with scaffold to the Central Tower now being removed.
The clock face on the Central Tower has been restored with the numerals redecorated.
Landscaping to the front lawn area is to commence.
Internal fitting out to progress in Central Tower and Jasmine Tower.
