Hospital Buildings (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Ongoing façade installation to Shaftesbury (Forensic) and Trinity (Non-Forensic) buildings.
Fitout and masonry works to Shaftesbury and Trinity buildings

Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Works to road 3 at junction to Burntwood Lane and at the former Community Stores Building for gas and water main connections.
Park works progressing with earthwork movement, drainage and the construction of the ponds. Bowser being used in the park to ensure dust is kept to a minimum.
Ongoing works to Road 1 located east of Storey Building. Road 1 lower is closed for public use. Works are scheduled to be completed in October 21. Traffic management is currently setup to divert traffic to the east of Elizabeth Newton.
Ongoing works to Road 2 - Storey carpark access road. Road construction progressing outside the nursery, gym and both new hospital buildings, but uninterrupted access will be maintained for both parties through Share Garden.
FM shed steel frame works are going to commence end of August 21.
HV electricity statutory undertaker laying HV cables into site to Trust Storey Building from Glenburnie Rd.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)
B1 & B2: superstructure to continue up to 2nd floors/roof level to houses
C1 & C2: superstructure to 1st floor
E1 & E2: continue reduce dig and formation of ground beams and drainage
L&M: superstructure to continue up to 1st/2nd floor
Conversion of listed main building to residential - Plot S (delivered by City & Country)
Sales Suite continues to be open daily.
Externally stone, brick and roof repairs continue and initial scaffold removal commence to Jasmine Tower.
Internally, plastering to the units commencing in Jasmine Tower and Lupin Tower.
2nd fixing to commence in the upper units of Jasmine Tower.
Complete decorations to upper floor units in Central Tower.
Investigations will continue in Orchid Wing and areas to the rear of Central Tower to assist with design works for this next stage of construction.
Substation superstructure to be completed.
New care home facility - Plot H (delivered by Lawrence Baker)
Ground workers first site visit now completed
Brickwork will continue along with scaffold progressing as required
Intend to complete installing all the ground floor planks and complete installing 50% of the first floor planks by the end of September
