Weekend works 2nd and 3rd October

Please see below details of out of hours works this weekend and a location plan of where these works are taking place.

Sir Robert McAlpine

Between 8am-4pm on Saturday (approved hours) and 10am-4pm on Sunday (out of hours) Sir Robert McAlpine (SRM) will continue with the road backfilling work. There will be utility / services laying works and backfilling works on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. SRM will have a mini-excavator for assisting the backfilling works; but there will not be any breaking out or digging works during out of hours.

These works are scheduled during weekends to avoid disturbance on weekday traffic to the Trust buildings from vehicles arriving at the works area during backfilling works, as the works area is in front of the carpark entrance of the Trust building.

SRM do not consider there will be noisy works carried out and the works area is well screened by the Trust buildings, the noise impact from the works is considered minimal.

Other works will be taking place on site within the approved working hours on Saturday 8am - 4pm.

Barratt London

See below activities Barratt London have scheduled for Saturday 2nd October between 8am and 1pm (approved hours) and location plan below.

Forklifts moving mortar, bricks, blocks – site wide
Bricklaying at B1C, B2A, B2C, C1A
Ground works to parcel E1A & E2B

Bricklayers will cease all works at 1pm. Ground work operatives and 4no. of Barratt staff will remain on site till 3:30pm and carry out low noise activities (inspections and general cleaning).
