A look ahead for November 2023

The Shaftesbury building was handed over to the client on Friday the 29th of September.
Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
The park (area B) is open.
Public access is opened on Springfield Drive and Chapel Square. Car parks in the new hospitals are open.
Plot A – SRM’s new welfare is now up and running and will be located here until the end of the year.
The entrance to Burntwood Lane is closed and vehicle access is provided further north on Burntwood Lane. Pedestrian access is now available along the north of the opened park. The new road construction and remedials are completed. We are waiting on sign off from Wandsworth Council and will have the entrance opened by the end of November 2023.
Hard and soft landscaping is progressing in Park A. Further trees will be planted this month. The youth shelter is installed. The pavilion works will commence this month.
Ruskin lane works are completed, which will allow the G1 bus to return to Springfield Village in end of November/early December 2023, once the entrance to Burntwood Lane is open.
Harewood House demolition is completed. Further remedial works will be required prior to handover to the House Developer in the New Year.
Park C muck shift is nearing completion. Pathways and soft landscaping are progressing. Tree planting will commence this month. Amphitheatre seating has commenced and is progressing well.
Road 4; Lapidge Drive is completed and open. The next section of roads will be completed by the end of the month, to allow the last section of road to commence.
The last substation within the development will commence at the end of the month outside Phoenix Building.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)
Blocks L, M, B1, C2a, B2a, C1a are fully occupied
All PA Housing units now fully handed over including 5 full mobility units
Occupations ongoing to E1a, E1c and E1b
Service install ongoing to E2 parcel blocks
E2 Power on due November 23
E2 internal fit out underway
Temporary welfare situated in E2 parcel to be removed to enable external works progression
New Phase 2 welfare will be in operation and used from mid-November
