Both Hospital Buildings are open for use.
Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
The park (area B) is open.
Public access is opened on Springfield Drive and Chapel Square. Car parks in the new hospitals are open.
Plot A – SRM’s new welfare is now up and running and will be located here until the end of the year.
The entrance to Burntwood Lane is OPEN for both vehicle and pedestrian access.
The pavilion works in Park A is progressing with fit out works. Façade will be installed in the new year. Drainage diversion works have commenced ahead of the Belvedere construction in the new year. Soft landscaping will start again in February/March 2024.
Ruskin lane and Bicknell Way works are completed, which allows the G1 bus to return to Springfield Village.
Harewood House demolition is completed. Further remedial works will be required prior to handover to the House Developer in the New Year.
The amphitheatre seating is nearing completion this month and muck shift will recommence to allow final pathways to be progressed in the new year. Soft landscaping will start again in February/March 2024.
Road 4; Lapidge Drive is completed and open for access for C&C residents. The final section of road has commenced.
The last substation within the development has commenced outside Phoenix Building.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)
D2C CMLs gained, occupation expected w/c 18/12/23
All PA Housing units now fully handed over including 5 full mobility units
Occupations ongoing to E1a, E1c and E1b
