A look ahead for July, 2019

Here’s our first look ahead for July:

Road Construction Activity 
> New road construction adjacent to Harewood House off Glenburnie Rd – Traffic will be temporarily diverted within the hospital estate and controlled with temporary traffic lights.

> The ongoing construction of the temporary access road off Burntwood Lane.

> Ongoing service installation to the new Springfield Drive Rd.

 Demolition Activity 
> The ongoing demolition to the former old laundry building located to the east of the existing Church.

> The removal of the slab and foundations to the former generator building. This will likely be a noisy activity due to the equipment required to break the slab.

 > The demolition of the existing water header tank and the removal of the reinforced concrete slab. This is located adjacent to the north east boundary.  This will likely be a noisy activity due to the equipment required to break the slab.

 > The demolition of the existing water pump house. This is located adjacent to the north east boundary.  This will likely be a noisy activity due to the equipment required to break the slab.

Residential Plot Preparation Activity 
> The removal of topsoil and existing hard standings along the north east boundary of site.

Other 
> Construction of two new electrical substations, one opposite gate lodge along off Glenburnie Rd and the other along the north east boundary of site.
