> Ongoing piling works to Forensic Building
> Ongoing bulk excavation to Non-Forensic Building with muck shifting to park area
> Ongoing foundation works to hospital buildings
> Tower Crane installation and erection for remaining two tower cranes.

Civil and Infrastructure
> Bulk excavation, ongoing tree removal and hoarding erection to former golf course including topsoil strip
> Continuing plot preparation for handover to residential developer
> Ongoing demolition to former Golf Club House
> Ongoing hoarding to residential building plots adjacent to Harewood House and then continuing to plots along newly installed Springfield Drive
> Commencement of works to existing Ballroom Basement for future Energy Centre
> Site welfare cabin installation complete. Fitout and compound preparation works ongoing.
> Continued road construction to Springfield Drive at junction between Hayward House and Storey Building
> Commencement of works for nursery playground relocation
