Weekend works in August

Springfield Hospital and Infrastructure Works including Saturday Working: 8am - 1pm (consented working hours)

  • SRM will be undertaking works on Springfield Hospital on Saturday 22nd and Saturday 29th August including the concrete foundation and steel erection at the Energy Centre (located in between the Forensic and Non-Forensic buildings). Further regular Saturday works in these areas, which are not adjacent to local residents will be undertaken during consented hours. Details of these works will be posted on the Springfield Village website.

  • Muck shifting works are underway in Springfield Park Area B (old golf course) including this Saturday 22nd and Saturday 29th August during consented hours.

  • Construction works on Road 4 will also be undertaken this Saturday.

Saturday 8th August Out of Hours:

SRM will be carrying out connection works to energise Sub Station 3 near Harewood House on Saturday 8th Aug. Works will be carried out by UKPN which will include various connections and switching exercises. No noisy plant or equipment is intended to be used, therefore we don’t anticipate any excessive noise to be generated. All work is due to be completed by 5pm.
