Hospital Buildings (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Trinity (Non-Forensic) building’s façade is now complete. The Shaftesbury (Forensic) façade is still ongoing but nearing completion.
There are ongoing fitout works to Shaftesbury and Trinity hospital buildings.
Mechanical and Electrical works ongoing to both Shaftesbury and Trinity buildings.
All scaffolding has now been struck on the Trinity building. Shaftesbury south and east elevation still erected.
Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Park works progressing with earthwork movements to complete subsoil and topsoil profiling works in the final areas for phase 1. Works to enable footpath construction to the Southern boundary to tie into the existing footpath in the existing car park in St Georges Grove are ongoing.
Tree and shrub planting is ongoing in the park area.
Construction is progressing outside Mayfield Nursery and Gymnastics Club and both new hospital buildings, but uninterrupted access will be maintained for both parties through Share Garden.
Works to progress hard landscaping progressing on Springfield Drive is ongoing.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)

Masonry repairs, cleaning and rebuilding of garden and boundary walls.
Internally, units and communal areas in the Jasmine link, Lupin Tower and Lupin link final snagging and handover.
Commissioning works ongoing
External service distributions to continue to both Phases 1 and 2.
Substation transformers to be installed.
Phase 2 drainage works will continue.
Phase 2 asbestos removal complete.
Phase 2 Soft stripping to continue.
Phase 2 structural alterations ongoing.
First occupations are planned for end of April.
New care home facility - Plot H (delivered by Lawrence Baker)
Complete the roof coverings across the building.
Complete installing rainwater goods.
Complete installing the windows and glazing.
Commence the feature panels to the side of the windows.
Continue with plaster boarding and skimming throughout.
We also aim to position all required plant equipment onto the central roof area
Towards the middle of the month, we aim to commence lowering the scaffold to allow first floor windows to be installed.
Towards the end of April, we are looking to commence the final entrance wall details to the North elevation.
We intend to complete the brickwork structure for the external garden area on the South elevation.
The ground workers will be returning towards the end of April as the scaffolding is gradually removed.
