Take part in the consultation on the next stage of new homes at Springfield Village

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust and master developer STEP, are pleased to update you on the redevelopment of Springfield University Hospital and the creation of Springfield Village.

Plans are now coming forward for the next stage of new homes as part of the approved masterplan for Springfield Village, located around the Springfield Park and close to the site entrance from Glenburnie Road in plots E2U, F, G, P and Q.

The overall masterplan will deliver new state-of-the-art mental healthcare facilities, 839 new homes across the site, new community shops, a café and a 32-acre public park. This major investment has been made possible through the sale of surplus land which is no longer required by The Trust.

The Trust, STEP and all of our development partners are committed to working with our neighbours, businesses and the wider community to deliver a development with real and lasting benefits. In order to achieve this aim, we would like to share the proposals with the community to provide an opportunity to find out more about the plans and share your views.

The events are taking place on:
