Out of hours work - Sunday 26th March

We regret to inform you that Barratt London will need to conduct emergency out of hours maintenance works on a temporary power MDU panel located outside E1c block (Rose House) this coming Sunday, March 26th, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

To ensure that the works are carried out safely and effectively, Barratt London will have five electricians on site to perform tasks such as disconnecting, cable running, and jointing (no noisy works).

Barratt London site manager will be supervising the works to ensure that no issues arise, and one security guard will be present. 

To minimise any inconvenience or disturbance to the residents, no other trades or equipment will be allowed on site.

Before commencing any work, operatives will be briefed on the weekend work procedure to ensure that the residents are not disturbed.
