Drop-in event on the final stage of residential development

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, master developer STEP and residential development partner Barratt London are pleased to provide you with an update on Phase 2b (formerly known as Plots X, Y, Z and VB) of Springfield Village - a mixed-use community blending healthcare and residential neighbourhoods in a parkland setting.

A series of consultation events were held in October 2022, including community drop-ins, site tours and an online webinar, to showcase the plans for Phase 2b, the final phase of the delivery of Springfield Village. Thank you to all those who took part in these events and provided their feedback on the plans.

A subsequent planning application for Phase 2b was submitted to the London Borough of Wandsworth in December 2022 and is currently under determination. However, we recognise that there has been a great deal of interest from the community and a number of questions have been raised.

We would like to invite you to join us at our drop-in event where we will be sharing information on the submitted plans for Phase 2b, as well as the wider masterplan for Springfield Village. The event will take place on:
