Hospital Buildings (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
Shaftesbury building final handover is ongoing with Trust staff training starting on Monday the 4th of September.
Final snagging clearance and commissioning documentation being cleared during the period.
Civil and Infrastructure (Delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine)
The park (area B) is open.
Public access is opened on Springfield Drive and Chapel Square. Car parks in the new hospitals are open.
Plot A – SRM’s new welfare is now up and running and will be located here until the end of the year.
The entrance to Burntwood Lane is closed and vehicle access is provided further north on Burntwood Lane. Pedestrian access is now available along the north of the opened park. The new road construction is completed and remedials is happening at the junction works.
Pathways are progressing in Park A. The belvedere drainage blanket is nearing completion. Soft landscaping has commenced.
Ronald Gibson House plot remediation is progressing to allow this plot to be handed over to the plot developer this month.
Ruskin lane works is nearing completion, which will allow the G1 bus to return to Springfield Village in September, once the entrance to Burntwood Lane is open.
Plot P&Q will be handed over to the plot developer this month.
Harewood House demolition is progressing. Demolition will progress until October 2023.
Switchover works for Storey, Elizabeth Newton, Morrison, Shaftesbury and Phoenix Buildings are completed.
Park C muck shift works progressing and the attenuation pond is excavated, with liner and headwall works to commence. Pathways are progressing.
Road 4; Lapidge Drive is nearing completion, to allow the next section of roads to commence.
Next phase of new build residential - Plots B-E and L&M (delivered by Barratt London)
Blocks L, M, B1, C2a, B2a, C1a are fully occupied
Blocks B2, C1 handed over to PA Housing, occupations ongoing
Blocks C2 handovers completing, occupations
Occupations ongoing to E1a, E1c and E1b
Service install ongoing to E2 parcel blocks
Hard landscaping to E2 parcel blocks
Scaffold dismantle ongoing to E2b and E2c blocks
RC frame works ongoing to D1a shaft walls.
Superstructure work, incl. roof joist work progressing to parcel D2c.
Conversion of listed main building to residential - Plot S (delivered by City & Country)
Phase 1
Decoration and Finals to remaining apartments. Only 6 units remain to build complete.
Completion of final apartments and communal areas ongoing.
External finishes.
Legal completions.
Occupations to Primrose Tower, Central east Wing and Central ongoing.
Phase 2
Structural alteration works ongoing to the Engineering Block and Boiler House.
8 units internally are at decoration / finals stage.
Scaffold erection and adaptions.

Roofing works to central courtyard and Dormitory Wing.
Re-Facing of brickwork elevations.
Masonry repairs and cleaning.
